Sales Policy: All sales are final.
Return of Defective Product: In the unlikely event that we have sent you a defective product, we will gladly exchange it at no charge. Requests for exchanges must be shipped within 5 (five) business days from the original receipt date of the product. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective item to our office. Please email email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping your package. No requests for exchanges will be considered without prior authorization.
Shipping: We recommend you use a traceable shipping service with appropriate insurance; we cannot be responsible for items which are lost while in transit to our office. After obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization number from us, please ship your return DVD with a legible copy of your receipt to the address below.
DVD Region Encoding: Our DVD is encoded for Region 1 (U.S. and Canada) and may not work on DVD players in other countries. If your purchase is for use outside of Region 1, please check your DVD player’s manual; some DVD players sold internationally are region free and/or can be adjusted to play different formats.
Our DVD is in NTSC format and will not work on most players in countries that use PAL, SECAM, or other video formats. Please check your machine’s manual.
